Does HP DV6000 Bluetooth support external harware

I'm having a HP DV6000 laptop and i would like to know that does bluetooth support my laptop HP DV6000? Is it possible for me to connect mobile using Bluetooth without any external harware? Does any body knows about this issue? Let me know your views on the above issue. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

If SM Bus Controller is not installed you do not have the right chipset driver which is very bad. The laptop will never run correctly without it. If not, go to start-->control panel-->system-->hardware-->device manager - and check if there is a bluetooth driver, you may need the driver if it's not there.

Yes it does. It requires the software and drivers required to support the HP Integrated Module with Bluetooth Wireless Technology. The HP/Widdcom bluetooth drivers that HP provides are among the worst I've seen. It's better if you install the Microsoft Bluetooth Drivers instead, removing the HP Bluetooth Software and Installing the Microsoft Bluetooth Stack.

It is not in the mobility center, control panel, and the hp update says there is no detected bluetooth device. The technicians at my cell phone company say that it's a problem with the Bluetooth on my laptop, NOT the cell phone. The other thing i have noticed is when i check out the device manager, under coprocessor, there is something not working properly.
