tryin 2 sync microsd,wmp cant find files

I dont understand why this is not working, there are 4 different kinds of mp3 players in this household that sync just fine from my computer using this media player, and 2 other kinds of memory cards I use for media, but now I have this phone and need to use this microsd card and I am trying to put music on it and all I get with EVERYTHING I try is this message:

"Windows Media Player cannot find the file. If you are trying to play, burn, or sync an item that is in your library, the item might point to a file that has been moved, renamed, or deleted."
I looked up the "Web Help" from the message provided, and did what it said (Which was go to now playing>options>network and check all the boxes for protocols and streaming proxys for autodetect) and still nothing....PLEASE HELP! I bought three of these cell phones JUST FOR all these media options that comes with it and spent hundreds of dollars! There's gotta be a way for me to use the sd card!? Right? Help!
I just dont really get why every other method of syncing works fine on my computer and with my media player besides this....
Btw, it's a brand new sd card and I have never used this sd slot in my computer at all....

there my be problem due to some stored cache files so check for that and clean it also check this may that can help you http://support.microsoft.com/kb/934371

some mobile phone can sync with media player but also you can play song by directly copy pasting inside card like my Motorola mobile.
