Cannot hear sound playing mms

Hi,

I have nokia N70 Music Edition and i am facing problem with multimedia message, when i receive any video file via MMS , Video plays perfectly but i cant hear the sound. i dont know whats the issue, When i copy it on my pc and play i get sound. what should i do to activate the sound.
