Yes there are many media available for streaming videos on your ipod or ipone. Like you can use TVersity to stream video to those devices. There are applications available to buy in the iTunes store, but that won't give you the ability to stream your own media to the device. TVersity is free software, you can stream to a number of devices including the iPhone, iPod Touch.

Even with the help of iTunes software, you can stream videos from computer.
