Toshiba ac power problems

I am having Toshiba Satellite laptop with me, from few days i am facing some issue with my Ac power power battery. If i go to Toshiba Power Management Utility it shows me that the AC Power but still drains the battery and once the battery is dead it powers off. Another thing in the battery monitor it states it’s "On-line, Discharging" with AC and "Discharging" with out AC. But as soon as i discharge the battery the AC power goes off. Can anyone help me out with this issue ?

In that case i would suggest you to uninstall the Toshiba Power Management software and then try to install it again and at the same time i try to change the power cycle and then the unit for the time being everything is fine again for a while. But then something happens, the red light at the front goes off, and the battery discharges.

I have try to uninstall the Toshiba Power Management software but still facing same issue, does anyone know what would be the exact issue or is there any other alternative solution which would fix my Ac power issue. Should i try to change my battery and have a check for the same.

Yes i would suggest you to change the battery and have a check for the same over here you will come to know that whether your battery is working fine or not at the same time check out the below links too for similar issue.
