First select the "Custom" picture mode in the picture settings menu. In "advanced settings" you'll find the things available for selection and you can access them. And i think that if you scroll down to Noise Reduction then press the down arrow on your remote more menu items will appear including advanced settings.

I have a 46" S4100 . FIrst to tell you is there is no service menu so advance tweaks can't be done. I use the AVIA to get settings. Power saving and Cinemotion are off. My current settings are as follow:
- Backlight: 5
- Picture: 80
- Brightness: 58
- Color: 50
- Color Temp: Neutral
- Tint: 0
- Sharpness: 2
- Noise Reduction: Off
