    Sip for Apple 3G Iphone

I am looking for a SIP application for my iPhone 3G not by jailbreak. Is there an application like that? Otherwise I would also like an application that would have a map for the gps ...

SIP enables call in voice over IP from a computer, or any terminal connected to the Internet! And it is now possible since the Iphone! We had already known this communication software for the iPhone jailbreak, it is now back on the AppStore for iPhone, iPhone 3G and iPod Touch. Fring lets you chat, call and interact with friends, all in one application!Fring is a very appreciated by users of the iPhone, because it is very comprehensive, rather in a very stable and easy to us.

Only chat on the telephone network and VoIP in wifi! I call my skype contact from the friends and I am connected to a terminal free wifi! The top of the top! just a bit of lag / delay and sometimes a certain slowness in chat! But brilliant!

With Fring you can now use the SIP (and also instant messaging (Skype, MSN, Jabber, ICQ, Gtalk ...) but only if you are in wifi! How the installer from the Apple AppStore!

But if you want to save money! and use your SIP in 3G for this:

    1. Log in SSH to your Iphone!
    2. Locate the application: if you downloaded from the appstore and you will find in the root var / mobile / applications. and a folder with lots of numbers of letters ... (hint: for best selection; do a sort by date with WinSCP or Filezilla)
    3. Delete the folder: Fring.app
    4. Download the patched version of Fring HERE
    5. Upload it on your iPhone (in the same folder!) - If you have not already downloaded via the Appstore and you can save directly to the root!
    6. Change the CHMOD to 755 and apply it to all subfolders!

    Reboot your iPhone!
