Update BIOS on Toshiba 1800

I have got a problem with Toshiba Satellite 1800. I have recently installed Windows XP on my new Toshiba Satellite 1800. I would like to update BIOS on my Toshiba Satellite 1800. Can any body tell me that how can i update BIOS on Toshiba 1800? Kindly provide me the correct information on the above issue. Any kind of help on the above issue would be appreciated.

Try to update your BIOS properly on your Toshiba 1800. If you use the BIOS update for your laptop, you will see a "big warning" mark on your desktop screen.
