HTC touch pro keyboard problem

Hi,

I'm having keyboard problem with my HTC Touch pro, I've had this phone for about a month and now the keyboard doesn't work. sometimes the slide out keyboard suddenly stops working and I have to use the screenkeyboard with the stylus. When it stops working, I can slide it back and forth and the keys will not light up like regularly and the keys don't respond when I press them. The back light would come on once I slide it open but will only last for about 3 to 4 seconds, then it goes out. please help

You can probably only use the warranty through an authorized reseller. I suggest that you back up all your settings and do a hard reset. If the problem persists, it is likely a hardware issue and you should return the unit for replacement. I don't know where you bought it or what version touch pro you have. Is it sprint, alltel, verizon ?

If your HTC Touch Pro Keyboard not working then Sounds like that's a hardware problem. Did you try to flash back to the original shipped rom? you must take your phone to HTC software techs to get back to regarding some other issues. having insurance will not gonna help you getting paid for it.
