HP Pavilion wireless network hardware problem

I have a HP Pavilion laptop and i cannot connect to the wireless network at home. So i tried to search what the problem was. In the device manager, my wireless network adapter is missing hardware drivers. So it is HP Pavilion wireless network hardware problem. How do i solve this problem, i'm new to drivers and all the stuff...

You must be having the driver CD with you. Just push in the driver CD and let it autorun, if it does not auto run then just double click the CD and select auto run. Then select the drivers that you want to install... The driver will be also available in an executable file and it will have names like SP1223.exe Just those files one by one to confirm which is the driver for the wireless network adapter.

I have these files in the recovery drive on my hard disk. Can i run these and see which file is for my wireless adapter? I have not received a CD with my laptop.

If the files are archieved on the hard disk, thats great, you can run it and see if you have a wireless adapter driver in there. Its archived in the hard disk as you have no CD for it. Just try it out and if any problem, do post back...
