Need LG shine usb driver

My friend is having LG Shine mobile phone with Verizon connection, recently we had took some snaps from his phone which i need to have it on my computer. Today when my friend has come with his usb adapter and when we try to connect it with his phone it's asking us for USB drivers, but when i am trying to connect it to my friends laptop it doesn't ask for the same and he don't have the drivers for his mobile phone. Does anyone solve this issue for me. Thanks in Advance.

Try to click on Start- - > Control Panel - - > System - - >Hardware - - >Device manager and remove the driver of your LG shine which are not working fine. At the same time you also find either yellow or red warning sign next to it. Restart the computer and every thing will be OK.

I have try to do the above mention things but still facing same issue can anyone tell me what would be the issue, why i am not able to connect my LG shine phone.

I know that it's very stupid things to say but please have a check does your usb port is working fine and are you having USB 2.0 if yes then go to menu- tools and applications then again select tools over here select usb mass storage and now i am use your phone should get connected to your PC via usb cable or else you can visit Manufacturer site for downloading it's usb Drivers.
