Where can I get themes for HTC touch

Hi,
I had purchased a second hand HTC Touch phone. I had restore the phone and removed all the old settings accept active sync. When I try to connect my mobile to pc it is giving error like there are some changes in the server needed re-synchronize. I want to format the phone. How can I do it. Then I want the latest sync tool. From where can I download it. Then I want also to install a lots of themes in it. List me some links or sites for the same.

I am giving your information on how to format your HTC touch phone. That means you understand that all old setting will lose. There are two ways where you can either soft reset or hard reset your phone incase of any problem. Soft reset will just reboot the phone stopping unwanted applications and hard reset will restore your factory settings. That means it will delete everything and put those settings which are in by default. To perform the soft reset remove the stylus. The place from where your remove the stylus at the opening you see a reset hole. Use stylus and press it. To hard reset the phone you will need to do some work. Here remove the stylus. Switch on the phone and press three keys. The first is volume down, the second one is enter and the third one is reset with stylus. Press them together. You will see a warning message. Now leave all the button and press the Volume up button to give yes.

By registering the phone on the website you can directly sync the device and access your system anywhere.
