make sure that your up address not clashing which can be a big problem, what you need to do is unplug your router and try again mainly if two xboxs are running off the same ip, that not going to works so flush your dns cache and reset your ip.

some Xbox games allow more then one player on Live on the same Xbox with one account. The another players will be assigned guest accounts and will not have their stats recorded . Only the account holder will have stats recorded and can be use a head set. so you can create eight user accounts on the same Xbox.

The best thing for you to do is port forward one 360s and DMZ and the DMZ no longer keep them open as once you forward those ports,the DHCP will change the IP address of the 360s so just assign it a static NAT.
