i don't know because of which reason system goes to crash? as i connects the SD cards by using card reader and system goes to hang and i have to press the restart button. Please do help.

What type of SD card are you using? Unplug, disable the media reader and Check if external USB works without issue, if it doesn't then its a USB port problem. Also you should consider a repair install of OS.

Check that your card reader is "optimized for quick removal".
- Click Start, right-click My Computer, and then click Properties.
- Click the Hardware tab, and then click Device Manager.
- Expand Disk Drives, right-click your storage device, and then click
- Properties.
- Click the Policies tab, click Optimize for quick removal, and then click
- OK.
Naver remove the card reader or pen drive without using "Safely Remove hardware wizard" as long as you are sure that no data is being written to the drive.
