blackberry radio off

I have bought new blackberry curve yesterday I started facing problems with it. I dunno what is happening my Blackberry radio turns off automatically and i am not able to send a sms from my phone. This problem is just started i dunno what to do please help...

If you battery is below 10% your radio will not connect unless and untill you charget it completely. This is worst feature from BlackBerry i can say

I had faced the similar problem with Blackberry do one thing run diagnostic test and the radio was turned on.

if you scroll down, one of the last icons should be turn on radio. click on that and it should turn on the radio.
