Nokia N70 working slow

I am using nokia N70. recently my phone working very slow i don't know what happen ?
Memory card memory is 596 mb and free memory is 384 mb.
about phone memory 15 mb is free out of 19 mb

Can any one tell me what's the problem ?

Do you know how much ram memory in you phone ?

If ram memory is full or then delete unwanted data from that ?

My ram memory 1815 kb out off 1831. I will delete some data from it.

It looks to me that you have installed some files(Images,videos etc) on your phone memory, I advise you to transfer them in to your memory card.
