Sony VAIO VGN-AR88E no longer starts

Last night I had to restart my laptop (Sony VAIO VGN-AR88E 2 weeks old). I've done, but it has not turned back on, the Power button is turned on and the battery light in his hand, nothing responds. I can not even turn it off when I hold the Power button supported.

This morning I left it connected to (with battery), it turned on after 20 minutes, then I had to leave so I've switched off. Since then, impossible to switch on and always being clear that Power.

No noise, no beeps, nothing does.
Do you have any solution?

I do not know, might need to verify whether all components are connected correctly.

Is there any bootable CD/DVD which you have left in the player and the reader is unable to read the CD/DVD and it causes the serious issue.

I have no idea what you are talking about but I have not used any CD/DVD. It is with default components as it was sold to me.

I would suggest you to clear the hard drive and try alternately with different strips of RAM or contact any computer hardware shop for the same purpose, but I'm not sure that this kind of thing is easy to do on a Sony VAIO laptop. Good Luck.
