On the portable dv9000 series, it is quite possible to install a second disk in a bay in the machine. On your model, it must also insert the disc into a cradle.

ok thank you, the exact model of PC is listed on the label manufacturer in the laptop (dv9xxx) and this might be only dv9000ea.
