hi i have china mobile.i have downloaded the modem drivers and pc suite. bt in pc suit it is not showing connect to the net option.i want to surf net through pc so i created dial up connection for my mobile.i dailled *99***1# and *99***1# and*99***1# but it is showing protocol was terminated.i did settings in properties of dial up eg. security,networkingetc. but still i have got the same problem.my phone is mt6225 and bpl gprs.PLEASE HELP ME PLEASE

i get some 10 profiles listed where i go to edit one of them

it has

1 profile name

3 Gateway
4 port

then in settings when i got to data account

1 gsm data
2 gprs

when i go to gprs

ten profiles list out where i got to edit
then i find

1 account name
2 apn
3 username
4 password
5 auth type

Hope you have all drivers and modem installed properly. If it is all ok than you should not face any problem connect internet from your mobile. yes, thats right, i have done all the diagnostics, even i consult at costmer care of my service provider so many time for same problem, this is error 734, finally they said that through chinese mobile you are not able to access internet. i don't know why, since every thing is ok, when in phone and modem option in pc, i press query modem, it is showing all the things ok. i have tried the same thing on window xp as well as window 7. kindly help

Hi gauravpallav,

I think that this issue is occuring because the dial-up connection security configuration is incorrectly configured to use the Require secured password setting. To resolve this issue:

• Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Network and Dial-up Connections.
  
  • NOTE: For Windows Server 2003, click Start, point to Control Panel, and then point to Network Connections.
• Right-click the appropriate dial-up networking connection, and then click Properties.
• Click the Networking tab, and then click Settings.
• Click to clear the Negotiate multi-link for single link connections check box (if it is selected).
• Click OK, and then click OK.
• Double-click the connection, and then click Dial.
  
  • If this procedure resolves the issue and you can establish a dial-up connection, you do not have to follow the remaining steps in this article.
  • If this does not resolve the issue and you cannot establish a dial-up connection, go to below step to continue to troubleshoot this issue.
• Right-click the connection, and then click Properties.
• Click the Security tab.
• Under Security options, click Allow unsecured password in the Validate my identity as follows box, and then click OK.
• Double-click the connection, and then click Dial to verify that you can establish a dial-up connection.
