Ati Mobility 4650 HD Overclocking Results

My friend has brought up with the new laptop of Sony Vaio and he has done the fine stable work of overclocking his Ati Mobility 4650 HD which has got the speed of 660/760 where as its default speed was around 450/600. He even get dome BSOD in the Crysis Demo but was able to play the Street Fighter 4 for the couple of hours and it works better than the before. But still I will like to know the proper way of overclocking and know the output by the other user who are have done the overclocking on their GPU. As I need to know about the other games stability on my overclock graphic card.

I have done the overclocking on the same GPU and got the pretty good performance with the overclocking done on my computer. Well, I have not played the game like the Crysis but when I play the games like the Street Fighter 4 its well compatible with the speed and I have also notice that the temperature of the CPU is never going above the 68C which provides good stability while playing the game.

If you want to overclock the ATI graphic card then you need to have the ATI Tool which is the light weight application and it gives the support for the ATI graphic card. This tool has the well adjustment of the GPU and memory voltage which is helpful for the VGA card. It also provides with the monitoring of the temperature and also control the fan speed. So if you are having the ATI graphic card then you should have the utility like the ATI Toll for the overclocking of the GPU.

The overclocking of the ATI graphic card can be done with the utility like the ATI Tray Tools and the ATI Tool. You can go for the download of the ATI tool Tray and then install in your computer and then put right click on the ATI tray tool icon which is present on the taskbar of your computer and then from the hardware select the overclocking setting and then go for the manual setting of the overclock and then click on the apply and press ok.
