GTX 260 Voltage change with Rivatuner

I would not do it. Raising the core speed be supposed to not be several problem though, long as the cooling fan is raised in sync. I have by no means read where anybody had long term accomplishment raising voltages on GPUs. I have read regarding failures though. There is no turning back excluding a nib card. Might not even get the probability to test for artifacts if the voltage is too high particularly in view of the fact that your clocks are previously way up. Your stats demonstrate a 8800, is that a misrep. You indicate you have a 260 right.

Yes correctly said it been in riva for years but an important person re-exposed it not too long ago I had up to 1.50 in my 260 216 today lot is so simple go behind this guide by 3oh6 superior for fat fingered folks lot. Your results were so 1.30 was hot but did not facilitate shaders much at all. You determine try the 295 and gx2 a number of additional.

The card might work additional core regarding 25mhz say 765ish max even at 1.25v no additional on the shaders through switch is 1566 the subsequently step subsequent to 1511 the, but card is too warm I imagine I be able to get it to pass 1566 np if I be able to maintain core temp down next time. I have regarding of the flu and no method am I opening a window have it set at start up to not causing several wired tribulations with temps in excess of the entire presently not the cool temps I am used to with my cards.

Re: GTX 260 Voltage change with Rivatuner

I am moderately paying attention in seeing the gtx 295 consequences as it's at 1.04v stock and it seems to stay there in together idle and 3d mode that is almost certainly why most of these do not go past 700, at the same time as most 260 might at 1.13v. I am thinking the most important problem with the 295's going to be temps, though it is previously quite low at 1.04v so may get to approximately 750 with an additional 0.1v and still am constant, it almost certainly would not handle additional volts that well. I am not going to fiddle with yet (optimistically) not until I have got rid of my 280 anyway.

I have the similar difficulty were merely the fan settings demonstrate - no overclocking tab. I forced the drivers thing as stated on top of but nothing still several ideas. Is Rivatuner presently non companionable with the gtx 260 right at present. Your fan profiles no longer run, giving me the error that they might not locate hardware monitoring information source.' PSS: I have drivers 181.00, they were running extremely well 2 days ago. (Before the OSD and the Hardware Monitor screwed up).

I stole my OC numbers from Guru3D of them Ocing the similar card. Afterward I originate out they are just right for me, no additional then this for me, worth a try here. The Rivatuner, power user, RivaTuner Fan (the second one down, not the first) modify the worth from 1 to 3 and way out riva. The re-open, open the fan manage, your auto fan manage be supposed to be unlocked.
