Try Linux-PHC to Undervolting AMD processor. Linux-PHC is a project to enable Linux users to undervolt their CPUs.CPUs have different production qualities so the vendor defines voltages every CPU even those with low quality- will work with. If your CPU is of higher quality you can easily run it with lower voltages without getting unstable.
Use CPUgenie download from here http://www.techarena.in/download/sys...s/cpugenie.htm .By default, all outstanding options and can only be started when undervolten the "CPU Power Management", "Green Voltage (undervolting) enabled. The included "Power Monitor" gives you a good picture of the processes that the processor performs. Temperature, voltage, multiplier all essential information is displayed. Use this window as well in you, write down what temperatures if necessary so you can undervolten your processor.
With CPUgenie Start by turning the "Undervolting Wizard" (second option in the menu) that will automatically test your processor and each time the voltage downward. For a thorough analysis, I suggest you test the longest address, unless you are content with a possibly unstable system. also you can use RMClock utility for same purpose.
