Hey guys, It seems to me that the cooling fans run too much and noise comes continuously. i have nVidia GeForce 7300 Graphics card , 450Watt PSU (power)Internal 3.5" card reader, 1 X 40GB hdd, 1 X 80GB hdd. Is this normal and if not what fixes it?

Where is the fan plugged in ? Is it plugged into a three pin connector on the motherboard? That connection is controlled by a chip on the motherboard that senses temp in itself and modulates the 12 volts to the fan in a on/off cycle of varying duty cycle. Possibly the chip has failed in the always ON mode.
Any program that you have installed having higher system requirements than you have? Speacially any game that you plays all the time? Turn off "autoupdaters",etc. in the main programs or using msconfig and just run them when you need them. Check the CPU usage and available memory in Task Manager.

Normally Fans turns on slowly at bootup. They turn off during the post.
As the system reaches operating temperature the first fan starts into low speed and As CPU utilization rises and the CPU core heats up as a result, the fan speeds up. The noise level increases. If you run a 3D application with high CPU utilization the GPU fan also starts in and the two core cooling fans go into high speed. They will remain this way until CPU utilization drops long enough for the CPU temp to drop below 32c or so.
So try to utilize your application usage. And also you can try cleaning dust and all.
