    Nvidia 8800 with passive cooling

I am almost finished building a new workstation. I would also like to be able to run any reasonable 3D and the last component I am missing is the graphics card. My resolution is 1920x1200 and I boot both Windows and Linux (and OS X - Macintosh).

I have seen in this 8800 GTS 320MB RAM:

XFX GeForce 8800 GTS XXX Version (320 MB)

    -Is it a wise choice?
-Noise is much and can mount a passive cooler (if it provide a good air flow)?
-How much RAM does the size of the map?

Driver can map up a 8800 Ultra and will be an NVIDIA ...

    Can you help?

8800gts out. Prefer buying a 4850 or 9800gtx or something of the kind.

Can recommend this 4850 card with passive cooling:

Gigabyte Radeon HD 4850 1GB Passive

"For reasons can run the card up a 8800 Ultra and will be an Nvidia ..." ?
    Why so?
But do not choose GTS with 320mb! If it must be GTS, it should be 512MB version, or select 8800gt. Since it gives GTS (320 and 620mb versions) rear.
