Problem with graphics card fan and processor temperatures

I bought a few days ago some parts for my computer namely MSI P45 motherboard, a Zalman CNPS 9500A, and a Radeon 4850 graphics card from Gigabyte.

My first question is concerned to the speed of the fan on the graphics card, it runs all the time, it is very unpleasant. I thought to comprise a gigabyte card-based cooling Zalman would be able to cool in a satisfying silence. Is there a way to reduce the noise?

Second question, I installed the software MSI Dual core, and it says the processor temperature differ from speedfan or TAT. Who to believe? The software gives MSI within 28 °C idle and 35 °C in full, and speedfan and TAT would rather 45 in idle and 55-60 in full.

If your fan is running all the time, than this is not normal. It is possible that the driver does not agree that the fan is poorly clipped, or I do not know what, but this is not normal. Otherwise, you can always try to create profiles with appropriate parameters.

I tried to control the ventilator via the catalyst control center, but nothing done, the fan remains a fond

For your second question, you must believe the two.

Because both of them do not measure the same temperature from the same probe. TAT, Speedfan, Coretemp, etc.. gives you the temperature measured by sensors located at the Core. The soft MSI is based on the probe of the motherboard, hence the gap between the two.

With OCCT or Everest, you would show the two measures taking into account all the probes

Did you watched the temperature of the graphics card chipset?

It is 37 °C idle, so I think the speed should be reduced at this temperature?

In this case, disconnect the power supply fan of the graphics card and then connect directly to a Molex using an 5v adapter. It should silence.
