    Alternative cooling

In addition to the classic dry ice there is a available alternative cooling also. I discovered at work.

I try to use and flexography printing presses in 4 - 8 colors. That happens every day throughout the day you accidentally spill paint and machines are dirty. If you think that the machines print a continuous 365 days a year 24/24 hrs, and easy for you to imagine that sometimes form thick crusts of color even 30-35cm.

Until recently were used to stop a car at a time to 15 days per year during periods of little work and clean with hammer and chisel, until ....... not the owners discovered the Cryo cleaning.

How does it work? a compressed air shoots pellets of frozen carbon dioxide a-79 deg. Beauty lies in the duration of granules that do not dissolve immediately as the classic tiles of dry ice and sizes that are best suited to their introduction in your home cylinder cooling.

I tried only once this method of cooling (or better ... the cousin of my wife that I introduced the ocean when I do not understand a club) wearing a prescott 3 gig up to 5.2 gig.

How much it costs? My company pays the 50 cent per kg, but to make it a kg we want and why not weigh anything.

Watch that the dry ice is the CO2 ice - 79th

The pellets may be small balls or even "Chalks" (those that are used to school on blackboards)

Yes, you are right but I wanted to say that instead of large blocks that you must break and better to have pellets of 2-3 mm wide and long and about 5 hours before I was not even able to find dry ice in formats like small.
