but if you prefer nvidia then take GTX260 + (GTX280 see if it falls within your budget).

otherwise, there is no i7 at 3.33GHz, 3.2Ghz is the max (the i7 965 EE), but it is over € 1000, the limit you might hesitate i7 between 920 and the i7 940, a small but good o / c i7 920 and he is easily powered over 3Ghz
