    Windows XP Administrator user hijacked

    Hello experts,

Seems like a virus got into my system. It has hijacked my "Administrator" user and created a user "support". Everything worked fine till today afternoon. When I started system today evening, i saw user "support". I never created this user. I had cleanly shutdown my machine without any error in afternoon. Not sure whats going on. here are snaps of login screen.

When i start the sxystem in safe mode, i can see Administrator user, but password i used is not working.

    Please help
