Windows 8 Many of my apps are in German

I’m in quite a confused state. I happened to install windows 8 Customer Preview a few days back and everything went really awesome till I changed my input language to Spanish. Ever since, the apps started displaying it’s text in German. And when I restarted it, everything on these apps were in German.

This issue arises when the apps are not available in the language you are looking for. It tend to use another language as the secondary language thereby causing major confusion in the user. It is advisable to set English as the second preferred language. This will lead the application to display English in case your first preferred language is not available with the application.

That was a great advice. But unfortunately my friend, I am not a computer expert and I’m not sure how to go ahead with the changing preference procedure. Your advice might prove fruitful only if you can tell me how to execute it. I’d be glad if you can explain how to go ahead with it.

Definitely, here it goes:
1) Click on start
2) Search for ‘Add a Language’
3) Change the scope to be Settings (instead of Apps) on the search pane
4) Click on ‘Add a Language’
5) Search for Languages of your choice.
6) Click on Add
7) Based on your preference chose the position of the Language using the ‘Move Up’ and ‘Move Down’ button
8) Close the application and reopen it
