Windows 8 is lagging in VirtualBox

Hello friends, I have installed the DP into the vertual machine (Oracle VirtualBox) but I found that this was vey laggy in the performance. It is having 1GB RAM and 128MB video memory and I don’t think that this is not enough for this. Can you tell me that what is the problem with this and how it can be resolved.

How much memory do you have selected for that. By default that is giving you 20 GB but my recommendation to you is to use of 30 GB at least to avoid such problems.

Before installing the Virtual box, You must ensure that your processor hold up Virtualization Technology. If you have not activated, activate this feature through the BIOS of your PC, Windows 8 will not work otherwise. Start VirtualBox and install it. Then click on "New". This opens the wizard to configure a new virtual machine.I think that reconfiguring can solve the problem for you.
