Double Icons on OS X Lion LaunchPad

Does anybody also have twice icons inside their LaunchPad? I have 2 iCals, 2 iTunes, 2 chess, etc. Barely one of them works. The additional for all time closes through an error message. Is there a method to fix it physically, otherwise do I have to hang around intended for an update from Apple?

The icons you can drag and reorder as on iPhone and iPad. You can also do "folders" and remove folders from the app already. If you are organizing many more windows with the mouse or cursor keys to navigate as well as the trackpad. LaunchPad window opens to the last viewed.
