Windows 7 Activation failed after every midnight

I have HP desktop at my home. I use most of the software for my personal use. I don’t have any problem with the working and performance of my device till last week. But after that I face some severe problem with my system. I installed Windows 7 Ultimate x64, activated online at last week and everything is alright. But after midnight Windows indicates that it hasn't been activated and also give the version number and text on the desktop. I also check my computer’s property which shows that the OS is genuine and then the desktop text disappears after sometime. I have a genuine copy of the OS. And I get that from MSDN itself. Can anyone give me some solution for this? Please help me.

When the activation wizard appears for next time then you have to attempt to do the phone activation option. This is the best option instead of online activation.
