    Unable to install Windows XP on 1TB hard drive

    I'm having an problem with new Seagate 1 Terabyte Hard drive. When I try to install Windows XP Pro Service Pack 2 operating system on it then it cannot detect the drive. The BIOS notice this drive as 1TB however when i start the install XP SP2 process then it not works. The installation goes failure at most of the time. I need the complete solution to do this complicated task. Any type of help or suggestions will be appreciated.

    For solving such kind of problem, you need to do the special task onto the system. This is to be necessary in the system. Hence I suggest you to make sure your system primary ram are to be correctly installed or not. If it is not installs in correct manner then you need to reinstall this RAM. This type of solution will be help to solve such problem. The problem happens because the system can’t detect the RAM of the system.

    It happens because you have not able to format and then make the partition on this hard disk. Then I suggest you to check the correct manner for doing this task. Hence I suggest you to just use this and then use this advice for doing the format and installation of the drive. This is to be necessary in the computer system. Then correctly format and then partition the drive using the manual. This process solves your problem.

    I think this is the BIOS problem. Actually the BIOS of the system can’t capable to recognize the size of the hard drive. The reason behind this is that the size of the drive is too large. Most of the time, BIOS would not capable to identify the larger drives that is available inside the system. Then I suggest you to update the BIOS of the system. This will work to solve problem. Then use this BIOS update task and solve the problems.

    This type of problem might be depending on the hard drive controller. Then I suggest to you that use the f6 option. This option is present inside the win xp installation process. Then use the load Seagate controller drivers from the bootable CD. This will be help to solve such type of problem. Then use the correct bootable CD and then try to boot the system using the Seagate option. This will be the alternative way to solve the problem.

    I also faced the same problem. Then I contact the expert person of the official site. The expert person of the support staff section will be help to do this task. Hence, I think you also need to use the expert advice. The expert person will be sending you the correct process to do this task. Them use this task and it really help for doing such complicated task. The manual also describe the correct process, to do this win XP installation.
