Well I have installed CentOS 5.5 on the computer of mine. from past few days I was playing with python code for the yum and I have found that the there is colorized output is being produced. I am unable to find out the meaning of the color output which is being generated. Let me know if you are aware of the thing which I have mentioned over here. Any help on this particular matter would be highly appreciated. Thanks a lot in advance.

I am not unable to tell you why are you getting by the yum and I am not able to tell you the meaning of the color. However I am suggesting the below mentioned command which you should run on the terminal and I am hoping that the command which I have mentioned over here would be helpful to you.
    Code:
    man yum.conf
So run the above mentioned command and let me know whether it helped you out or not.
