How to install language bar in Windows 7

I have been using Microsoft Windows 7 in my laptop. It was working perfectly until yesterday. When I started my computer today morning, I was surprised to know that my language bar in Widows 7 is missing. I am not able to figure out the cause for this. Does anyone know what must be the reason behind this unusual problem? Does anyone have any solution to solve it? If yes then please feel free to share your solution with me by replying the thread. Your suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you in advance.

You said that the problem started today itself and all was fine by yesterday. It is possible that you must have installed some application or performed some update yesterday which must have caused this problem to occur. It happens a lot of times that one program or application hampers the performance of some other application in your computer. You should probably check out which update was done or which application was installed in recent times. Uninstall them and check whether the problem still exists or not.

You should perform system restore. By doing system restore you can roll back your system to any earlier stored instances. Always remember that once you perform system restore, all your installed files and saved settings done after the chosen restore point, will be permanently lost. So it will be better if you take back up of your important files and data. You can perform system restore by navigating to these steps:
    • Go to: Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
    • Click on Next and choose a system restore point.
    • Click on Next and allow the system to perform system restore.
    • Restart your system when prompted.
