Failed to load device and printer panel

I am having the Windows 7 installed in my computer. I have done more than one build in my computer but all the times, it shows me the same issue. Whenever I click on the devices and printers as of start menu otherwise in control panel then the green status bar at the peak of the window begins to load extremely unhurriedly and finally halts at final small progress remaining but no installed hardware otherwise icons come into view within that window. I encompass a Sony Vaio VGN-AW190, Core 2 Duo, 4GB memory. Please provide some solution for this.

You can try to do this and see if that can solve the problem for you. First of all click on the start button and there you will have to type "services" to search program box. This will show you the list within the menu, choose Services. This be supposed to open a record of local services lying on your system. Search for the 'Bluetooth Service" and confirm that it has started, right click as well as put to 'automatic' (In my case, it was previously set), choose "Bluetooth Support Service" and then start. Set it to automatic and that is it.

For those people who encompass just the "Bluetooth Support Service" beneath services and it is put to automatic but still cannot get into the Devices and Printers attempt the "Print Spooler Service". End Print Spooler/ open up Devices as well as Printers/ after that Start Print Spooler as well as the "Devices and Printers" page will colonize. As of now I am able to unlock up "Devices and Printers" just okay. If I stumble upon this matter another time the initial place I will leave is to Print Spooler.

I think that this issue is related to the Word that is not able to connect to the printer. It is caused by the print spooler. Anyway, you can go to the steps below and see if this can resolve the issue.
    1. Firstly, stop print spooler within "Services"
    2. Open the Word '07
    3. Open "Devices and Printers"
    4. Open the print spooler and refresh "Devices and Printers"
    5. Modify default printer otherwise correct the driver problem.

    Try out this procedure:
    1. Uninstall printer from every computer
    2. Reboot and install printer again
    3. If that doesn't work
    4. The same as above
    5. Unjoin the homegroup in every computer
    6. Join homegroup
    7. Install printer
