If the license type of business or service, you can run Recovery for Windows Registry from the command line and use these calls in your batch files. The standard version is not compatible with the command line. The format to call the command line is:
    <original reg.exe path> file name "<path directory to store the recovered file(s)>"
(No brackets). Note that the directory for recovered file (s) must be created before starting the recovery. command line mode compatible '*' pattern (replaces one set of symbols) and "?" (Replaces one symbol).

I have the same issue on my laptop. I am not able to load discs, as my laptop does not come with disks, you must be able to get into safe made and go through the system to burn discs, and I cannot get it to open a safely. I had to do this once before, for a Windows update disabled my sound card and could not recover the sounds, and was able to get into safe mode and burn my system restore disks without any problem. The screen with that error message came up and gave me options to press enter to continue or ESC to quit, and press enter and then press F8 and then shifted down and tried to boot into restore directory services and debug mode. Is there anything else I can try to get into safe mode so you can record my records?

Hey I am also going through this same issue. And this issue just happen with me from last night. And it was working properly before three hours. So in this what I have did is execute one program which name is spinrite. So it found my corrupted section in to the hard drive. Which I am supposing that it was registry. So it repairs that and after that my computer is working properly without any kind of issue. So if you want then you can also go for this I am sure that this will also going to help you in your case.
