But there is damaged file in found under the download folder in c:// drive, this is look like “E2883E8F-472F-4FB0-9522-AC9BF37916A7”. I am not able to access or to remove that one. Is this one a virus file or any other infected file. From where it comes I don’t know. Any idea about this file?

If you are not able to remove that infected file from your system normally, then reboot and start your system in safe mode. Type and insert “msconfig” into the search command panel, and hit ENTER. It will prompt the UAC prompt, click on continue button. Enable the Safe Boot box with minimal option, now click on ok and reboot your system. Log in to your system with the administrator account and then remove that file from it desire stored location. Again run the “msconfig” and uncheck the Safe Boot option, apply the change and reboot you system in normal mode. I hope it will surely help you to overcome from the problem.

As per my opinion regarding these types of issues, I recommend you to boot your system with the operating system installation disc, and start pressing f8 after the manufacturer logo will appear into the screen. It will prompt you into the installation welcome screen, from that window click on windows repair option, terminate the process and wait till the process completes. I hope this process will surely help you to overcome from the problem. go through this.
