Dell Mini Laptop Blue Screen help please.

Ok, so my Dell mini laptop was working fine, I have spyware Doc. and use it
ever day to check for a virus, but 2 days ago my laptop kept
going to the blue screen (and still dose) when I try to start it up.
It says "Registry file failure."(on the blue screen)
Can anyone help with this?

The BSOD error not only generated with the virus. There are many reason for then same. One of them is hardware compatibility. It might be possible that the system is having the hardware compatibility or it might be possible that one of your hardware is not functioning properly. I will advise you to check all your hardware and install the latest software for them. Also go into the command prompt and type "chkdsk /f " which will check the system for error and resolve the same if it is related to hard disk. To repair the registry you have to visit the link given below which might resolve the issue.

That means, your system has crashed. It is very difficult to fix the blue screen any way. The only way is to re-install the system. See, if you can backup the system "C Drive" if your pc remains proper for some time. After backing up, put your windows installation Cd/DVD and do a fresh install.

When ever I try to start with safe mode(with cmd prompt) or any mode it will load a list of stuff saying
"multi(0)disk(0)rdisk(0)partition(2)\WINDOWS" and a list of stuff like similar to that. I can not get on to re-install the system. or use command prompt to "chkdsk /f" Can I re-format it with this problem? If so how would I do so?

If you really want to reformat it than simply insert your installation CD/DVD in the dvd drive. Reboot the system and enter the BIOS. Change and select CD/DVD drive as the primary boot device and exit the BIOS. System will restart itself and start installation. Thats it.

I don't think there is any way out though you can try formatting but I don't think you will get positive results.

There might be many reasons for this issue and many of them are discussed earlier. You can try to do the things that are suggested above and see if they are able to help you. If that solves the problem then it is fine and if not then you can see this thread because they have also discussed about the same thing. See if any of the post in this can help you in any manner.
