Control printscreen captures the desktop instead of application window in widows 7

The printscreen option in my windows 7 running Compaq Presario notebook is not functioning properly. When I select to print any application or page from my desktop screen, instead of print of that particular application screen, it take the whole desktop screen print, I tried many time in different screens, but every time it happens same thing, it print eth whole screen with the desktop background images. What to do for this issue., and what should be cause for this issue?

Copy and paste print screen image into the paint application and from there remove that portion which you not like or not willing to add into the image that you take from your system screen. This is simplest process to edit your print screen image. Along with this there are so any software are available for the print screen features. Take a print of the screen that you are willing and edit it from the paint mode.

I am also having a issue with the print screening program this pre-built into the windows vista OS, that is running in my dell inspiron laptop. Whenever I press ctrl and printscreen button from keyboard the whole system freezes for few minute, but after few minute it recovered. What should i do , is there any other third party software is available for print screening featured for nay widows version.

ScreenCap: ScreenCap capture and trace anything you can watch on your monitor like image, video or flash. You can record audio from your desktop screen while running any audio file as well as you can hear it by microphone or another attuned device. This tool is useful for generate visual files or you can also use this like for a monitoring device application. Grabbed screens can be store in many formats like sinle frams, timed screenshots or video movie like mov or flash video. I am using this and recommend you to go for this application.
