Two days before I reinstalled my windows vista operating, because virus was affecting my operating system. The installation was successful and I had no problem for a few days. I did however notice that my system was noticeably slower than before and I thought it was because some drivers are not (correctly) installed. After that I found a MSI Live Update from the internet search and it’s a good idea to run this in my system. The first thing I did was run the BIOS update. After that I got this message:
cmos checksum bad
F1 to run setup
F2 to load default values and continue
I think it’s a problem of hal.dll file. I think it’s missing from my system. That’s why it’s not helping to reboot my system. Please help me.
