Automatic shut down during create system restore

Hello, I am having a Acer aspire laptop, this is running with windows 7 OS. The machine is running with AMD processor and NVIDIA graphical interface. I basically use the machine for internet access and along with this also for the home entertainment purpose. Though just two days back I encountered a problem, this occur first time in my machine, some of the software’s are not running properly whenever I tried to run any one it flashes teat the program is not compatible with the windows version, though I installed those in last one year ago, till then they did not appear any kind of problem. And for this problem, when I was try t creating system restore point, the machine shuts automatically, this happens two times in day. What should be the issue for this problem? Any suggestion this or the problem for that I tried to create the system restore point.

According to me for the first and for the second problem there is simply solution, this is the operating reload process. So to resolve this I suggest you, insert installation disk into the drive and begin the windows installation. Now from the installation window, click on install now. It will ask you to locate the driver for the installation, select the primary drive, at first it will format the drive and then go for the fresh installation. By this I am sure that both the problem can be resolved. You need to install the software’s again in your system.

Similar issue, after install windows vista, some of the programs are not running, like when I play any video it simply flashes a message that the video file format is not compatible with the windows version. Though I was using this software’s from since more than 3 months, by which I fulfill daily tasks. I tried by reload the software but it did not help me to overcome from the problem. is there any other way to resolve this issue?

I think the problem might be occurring for the graphical interface, for this would like to recommend you to download and install update versions of the graphics driver ninny your machine. Visit to the manufacturer web site and from there download the up to date driver version and install in your system, because in some for the cases I found that the problem might be occurring for the graphical interface. Try with this, but if still the problem occurring and also you are not able to create the system restore point then simply reload the OS or before that try once with windows repair option, for that insert the OS installation disk and from the installation windows select and go for this process, I hope by this the problem will be solved.
