Well looking at the situation this problem is associated with xml file in your system. I am suggesting you that you should disable .XML file to being indexed. You can get this option from Indexing. Using this you will delete XML files from the indexing list of the system. I think using above method your problem will no longer exist. Let me know whether it was helpful to you or not. Thank a lot.

I am having a solution in this particular situation which you can apply in order to fix your issue. Well I am suggesting you that you should pause the indexing of the file from your computer. Well you have to click on the Start option and go to Control Panel and enter indexing option in the search box provided. Now you have to click on the Indexing Options. Now you should click on Pause to pause the indexing on your system. You have to enter administrative password if it is requested. I will be delighted if above mentioned solution helps you in any manner.

You can also try with removing index location from your system. You have to launch indexing option from the control panel. You have to click on modify and you have to choose check box which is described as Change selected locations and click on OK button. If you needed to add folders but not the subfolders of the that particular folder you have to simply click the folder and uncheck the check box located near to the sub folder. All the excluded folder will display in to the Exclude column in to the list of Summary of selected locations.

I don’t have any solution about the problem which you have mentioned above but I can let you know that you can use Indexing troubleshooter to solve the matter. Well you have to click on the start button and enter in to Control Panel. Now you have to enter troubleshooter. You should now click on Troubleshooting. Now choose View All and go to Search and Indexing. It will help you if there is a problem with indexing.
