USB port not detected after installing Windows 7

I installed Windows 7 a few days ago and since all my front USB ports do not work (while those in the back working properly). I went to the site of my machine (Acer) but I have not found a solution. Someone has there solution? Just check this in me device manager ir is showing like that.

Have you installed Windows 7 dual-boot with vista? If yes, have you tested the USB ports on the 2 OS? If it works under Vista, your USB drivers are probably outdated and incompatible with Windows 7. If not, your card is pci-usb can be decommissioned. And the second thing which I want to know here that your card supports pci-usb it does the standard usb 2? I just want to recommend you before changing pci-usb:
