    Windows DRIVER PROBLEM

    Hello, I have a Black Toshiba Terca M5 laptop and i can not get sound to work i tried every thing, every time i run drivers it says "DEVICE OBJECT NOT PRESENT, RESTART THE SYSTEM AND RUN SETUP AGAIN" I get this every time i run it and its not working and i am sure they are the right drivers. CAN ANY ONE HELP ME PLEASE ?? I am running XP Pro AND MY DRIVERS ARE SIGMA

    Know its showing a Modem Device on high Definition Audio Bus

    There are different driver versions; one for Europe (5.12.01.5160) and one for the US (5.12.01.3870). Make sure you have the right one.

    First go to Toshiba, download the Chipset Utility, install it, and then Restart the computer. Then install the sound driver again. See if that works

    in search option type ur laptop model number. and u can get the drivers...

    And already tried thous drivers, starting to thing if its a harware problem !

    Go to device manager and uninstall sound driver and refresh device manager,
    Install manually by updating driver, if did nt work,
    Try Driver robot software.

    I'm thinking that you're probably correct. There simply shouldn't be that much of a problem.
