werconcpl.dll is not a valid on Windows 7

I am not able to use some of the programs that requires to use "werconcpl.dll". The color management of panel is not working. I have tried to save the network discovery settings as ON but they were not saving it. Even Windows update is not working. I was running Window Vista on my machine and recently have upgrade it to the Windows 7.

Windows XP, launch the command sfc / scannow was done to Start> Run and needed a Windows CD, it was claimed if found damaged file. Things have changed since it is not necessary to have a CD Windows Vista for this operation. By cons you should run it from Safe Mode. Just launch the command prompt in administrator mode: To do this click Start, type cmd in search and then drag the key combination Ctrl + Shift + Enter. In the command prompt type sfc / scannow and press Enter. Do not forget the space between sfc and /. Wait until the audit files which takes about fifteen minutes, then restart your PC normally. Start a command prompt in administrator mode as follows: Click Start / (All) Programs / Accessories and then right-click Command Prompt. Select Run as Administrator. In the black window that opens, copy and paste the following command and press Enter.

    Code:
    sfc / verifyonly
Analysis of the system starts and may last longer or shorter depending on the power of your computer. You can follow the progress of the task by monitoring the% progress displayed. When verification is complete, the verdict: If you get the message ...

    • The program of Windows Resource Protection found no violation of integrity

... system files are safe, we must look elsewhere for the cause of the outage. However, if you get the message:

    • The Windows Resource Protection found integrity violation. Details are provided in the CBS.log Windir / Logs / CBS / CBS.log. For example C: / Windows / Logs / CBS / CBS.log.

This means that system files are corrupted or missing and we will have to repair them.
