Windows 7: Remote Desktop unable to connect

Hello friends, freshly I had upgraded computer with the Windows 7, after up gradation I am unable to make a Remote Desktop connection with my work computer. I am very easily able to connect the Remote Desktop to my Windows Home Server onto my local home network. No additional settings such as the router and firewall have changed. Actually, I am able to open Windows XP mode in Windows 7 Ultimate and build Remote Desktop connections very well. Any help would be really cherished. Thanks in advance.

Do you get any kind of the error message when Remote Desktop cannot connect to the work personal computer? To troubleshoot this kind of the problem, try to refer to the given steps. 1. Very initially you should have to make sure that the user account is permitted to join the Work computer with the help of the Remote Desktop. 2. Momentarily you should have to shut down the firewall on the Work computer and run a Ping to Windows 7 for a check. 3. Restart the Windows 7 machine into the Safe Mode with Networking and run Remote Desktop yet again. Try to perform this steps and then check whether it helps you out.

Try out certain steps, very firstly go to Start menu and from that execute the Run windows and in that type cmd /k netstat -a and confirm that the D1 is listening on TCP Port 3389. Secondly you should have to also confirm that there is no third-party firewall or the anti-virus or any kind of anti-trojan software that might be jamming incoming Remote Desktop [RDC] requests.

I think that the remote computer cannot connect due to one of these causes; the very first reason might be that the Remote Access to server is not enabled. The second I think that is Remote computer might be turned off. Thirdly Remote computer not accessible on the network.
The first is not valid and for the second and the third, it's on and accessible with the help of the network. It can be accessed by the entire other computers with the help of the windows explorer. check the entire settings and then confirm everything is ok.
