Thanks for pointing unfortunately, this tool did not succeed because MSE was not listed, thus no removal was possible. But I understood enough to solve my problem:
In the event log was registered with the Msi Installer error number 1719.

MSE is uninstalled (no entry under Software / Programs) the Program Files / Microsoft Security Essentials, however, is not empty, there are still various Mp *. dll / exe and *. dll exists Ms / exe files.
