Can Windows XP games can be played on Windows 7

I have the Windows 7 on the system and the things in addition to this scenario is that I love to play games a lot and I just want to know if I can have the Games that use to play on the Windows XP can be played here on the Windows 7. I have not tried this yet but I would really like to know if that is at all possible. I have a lot of collection of the Windows XP games and would like to know about this if I can have this on the Windows machine. Hope that I will get the solution here on this.

Well it depends on the Game. If you ask me for my personal view on this discussion then I think that ninety percent of the games that are playing on the Windows XP will for sure run on the Windows 7 and the reason for the same is straight since the Windows 7 is the latest operating system and I am sure that it will handle and will be able to have the things in the proper manner. Well I would suggest you to make this here.

Yes I am also of the same opinion and hence I think that you can have the try on this and I am sure for this. I have seen that some of the Games that do not run on the Windows XP have been managed to run on the Windows 7 and hence I think that it will really help in this matter. Try this and let me know if that was the case here. Hope that you will be able to enjoy the Game here in the case that has been presented here.

I really believe that you can have the games on the Windows 7 I have seen that most of the game that have been released here have the system requirement that is based on the Windows 7 and hence I think that the system requirements that have been specified here for the Windows XP can be fully satisfied by the Windows 7 and hence you will not have any trouble in dealing with the Windows 7 for the Game here. See if what I have suggested is true.

Well it is really very easy to have the Game on the Windows 7 platform as I have seen that the system requirement that have been mentioned here for the Windows XP are fully supported by the Windows XP and if you want to have this for you then I think that if you can run the Game in the Compatible mode of the Windows XP then I think that you will have this for you. That is the thing that you can always try for and I am sure that you will have sure shot solution in this case.

You are now aware that you can have the Windows XP game on the Windows 7 and here is the way by which you can run the game on the Windows 7 platform here. Open the Folder of the Game in which the .exe file is present. Right Click on the .exe file. After that click on the Properties tab. After that you will be required to select the Compatibility Tab for the Game. Then you can run this game in the Windows Compatibility mode. Just make sure that you use the Windows XP SP 2 or the SP 3 and if that does not help then you can have this game by selecting the Windows Vista. I have played number of game in this way and hence I think that you will be able play this GAME. Click on the Apply and then click on the OK. Do not worry about the bit version most of the 32 bit versions of the game run on the 64 bit versions.
