Blur everything after installing windows XP

Hello, I suppose not be the only one to have had this problem but here it is: I went to Paris and there I have got the Montgallet to install vista. The computer has done anything, we installed a completely dilapidated xp professional blur everything just weird. It returns to us for the challenge as it was before i.e. vista English. Gold (although it is the fault of the computer) they refuse to do it for free and we reformat the computer without reinstalling. So I find myself with my laptop without operating system and vista cannot install it myself because I did not have cd provided by the store during the sale and no backup. Who told me that this series was marketed in Australia and newzeland and that I should contact them to get the cd reboot? Has nothing to do with my cd so bah I do not know how to reinstall vista! Is it true that you need a vista cd launch specifically for the series of thecomputer? How to strike? Thank you very much for the help you can give me (knowing that a complaint against the computer of useless Montgallet AC) I'm really desperate!

I had the same problem with a desktop PC purchased in Canada (50% cheaper anyway!, Unfortunately you can only buy one version of Windows (take Seven to be directly Pet). Solution alternative, distribution Linux type Ubuntu. Alternative, but I confess blocking, install a standard Linux distribution Ubuntu. So do this I think you will get your solution very soon.

Just FYI, even if it does not help you develop or you're in, know that it is entirely possible to add languages on Windows. Clearly you can convert a Windows English French (or other) simply by going to download the corresponding package on the Microsoft site. You're doing * beep * about not much really. It does not matter, it goes .

By cons, you would not under your laptop serial number windows? (Most manufacturers are here). In this case you collect or through a friend, either by downloading an Australian version of windows, are returning this as your serial pc. Then you download the MUI as told by Web. So as I suggest you to download this a and after this only I am able to help you mor4e regarding this.
